I just had a baby and before she was born I was 105 and I was pretty active. I ran track and felt good about my body. Now I weigh 127 and I would really like to find a quick, daily plan on how I can shed a few pounds! If any one has any suggestions--please let me know!!

you had a baby at age 16? WOW!!! Well congrats anyways. All you have to do is eat healthy and exercise, maybe at the gym? You should either go to dietbites.com or toneteen.com

ach! well- don't cut down your cals too much because you'll be careing for your newborn and running around a lot and such. i wish you luck with having a baby so young- it must be really difficult and turn your life in unexpected ways but you can lose the weight by exersizing more and eating healthy. for motivation just think about all of that healthy stuff you're putting in your body will be going into that baby(if you're breast feeding) and that you'll be setting an example for the baby in the future! good luck!

Sometimes, especially right before and after you have a baby, your body eats extra calories to feed both and recover from the strain. Then, once you don't have two humans to feed, you start needing less and the weight slips off. Just be careful not to eat too much junk food, and exercising your stomach is a good idea. Good luck!

Hey. Congrats on your baby. Even though you can easily loose the weight in a month or two, your body will never look like it used to. Your stomach will never be near as toned. And some of the fat will stay. However, your young! Of course you will bounce back. So what you want to do is, cut out all junk food, candy, icecream, and soda for a month and a half. Just eat really good and have small portions. Don't eat after 6. Drink tons of water, and go running. Do 1 or 2 miles every other day. And you MUST MUST MUST lift weights. Espesh situps for your stomach. If you have any other questions, let me know. I'd be glad to help you.
