hey everyone,im 5'1 3/4 inches (when you are short every little quarter inch matters)and 132 pounds. i know im not terribly overweight but diabetes and heart disease runs in my family so i really dont want to take any chances. ive been dieting and excercising on and off for 3 years and i really want to end all the drama of trying on clothes and crying when i get home because they dont fit me. my ideal weight is between 105-118 pounds. so i have about 20 pounds to lose. im planning to go on the easiest dietand excercise. im not going to eat any candy, junk food, fast food, or anything fried in oil, and im only going to drink water (because i dont want un nesscessary calories) for about 3 monthes. for excercise i am going to do toning for teens (its a book by Joyce Vedral) every day. please tell me if this sounds unhealthy.*thanks*

that's a really great book. i use toning for teens and so far i've lost about 12 pounds and dropped a pants size. it's also helped a lot with swimming because i'm a year round swimmer. i've dropped at least 4 seconds on all of the events that i swim. that's all been since school started. i hope it works for you as well as it has worked for me.
