hey everyone i have cut out soda in my first week of dieting and now this week i have been cutting out alot of chocalate cookies and most of the stuff that is bad for me im trying something i read on hear only eat fruit until about twelve to detox your body which i started today im hopping to lose around twenty pounds if you guys have and excersize tips especially for my lower stomach and my butt i would really appreciate it every one of you can lose weight just keep trying ~brit~

you should buy some workout tapes. They work wonders!!

do a lot of cardio excercises, you cant spot reduce your stomach or your butt. if you do cardio that will burn a lot of fat and your stomach and butt flab will go away.
