hi i'm mark. i'm 14 yrs old n i'm 5'8 n i weight 200lbs. I want to lose 40-50 lbs..wat can i do? n my doctor said i need to lose this weight because of my hip surgery. N i dont want to get diabetes either..n i need to impress my gf.... please give me a few suggestions..

All it is; a variety of healthy eating and exercise. Eat everything except fastfood, junfood, soda,candy, cakes,cookies and so on. And a hour of whatever kind of fitness you want to do and just keep going and if you do bad one day don't give up keep trying and you'll get there I promise you! And if you tended to eat alot try and eat a little less, also try and eat slow because it takes your body 15minutes to tell you that you are full so if you eat slowers you won't over eat! Also do not weight yourseld everyday that is rediculous try every 2 weeks. And when you weight yourself do it before you do anything in the morning. Hi Mark, I haven't started losing weight yet and I am 5 8 too and I am 206 pounds. I want to lose about 50-60 pounds by summer or start of school next year. I wear size 36 inch jeans and a L/XL shirt. Maybe we can talk on here. See you later. Tyler
