im gonna go run now then lift...i dont like lifting because it usually doesnt make u lose weight but i gotta go to (makes u gain weight) for basketball and volleyball...i dont wanna be the slowest person on the team so thats y im gonna run

remember if you want to be faster and stronger for volleyball and basketball give up pop all together even diet

actually- even though you're gaining muscle you're losing fat. because the more muscle you have then the more calories you burn during cardio and just with regualr bodily functions to keep you alive. it raises your metabolism- keep up the weight lifting! just don't forget the cardio alternating...
