yay- i'm starting the firm tomorrow with the firm 30 day diet plan that came with my rotation calander. it is very healthy and i just went grocerie shopping for it. it's basically super healthy eating that's all planned out for you for a while so you get used to it. it says in ten workouts you'll see the differnce- i want to really commit to this for a long time- and it looks so fun!

thanks newgirl and to jenna who is being slightly back talkish, i am 5'5" and i weigh around 155 right now, my highest was 175 and i was down to 145 but then i gained back ten lbs since this summer due to stress and going back to some bad eating habits.

youll probly get bored doing only the outlined workouts/diet, so remember to add some variety to your workouts, and to add/take a few things in your deit.
