hi i do cruches but my back hurts when i do them and i dont feel any pain in my abbs do u know any other abb work i can do? MY GOAL!!! i wanna be able to wear a bikini by the middle march for spring break!

Hey, do not do sit ups. Do crunches. Only go up a little though. Just enough not to hurt your back. Trust me they work great! And you only have to do like 25! Just remember YOU CAN DO IT!

You can do sit ups too. Theres this other stomach exercise that works really good for me, I just don't know what it's called. You lay on the ground and put one knee over the other. Then touch your oppisite elbow to your oppisite knee(right elbow, left knee, right knee, left elbow). Do about 10 or 20 of those for each side. I'm not really sure if that made any sense....hopefully it did, but if it didn't just tell me and I'll try to explain it better!
