hey does anyone know any excersis routines that doent require much equptment and has been very effective? i wanna try to tone down my arms and stomach

Hey, this is Amal.You shud do pilates,my mum does it and she toned up most of her body.She did'nt go to lessons, she just used a video(winsor pilates).

um do crunches before u go to bed and then again when u get up...if u do them before bed and get a higher heartrate u will burn some calories while u are sleeping. for lower abbs try some leg lifts. also remeber to drink lots of water...and if ur gonna go running do it sometime before u go to bed...also if u want some arm muscle do some pushups along with the siteups...
