what kinda stuff do i do for big forearms and flabby arms at the top?

well if you want to rid of fat on your arms, the only way to get rid of it is through diet. However, to tone up your arms and shape them you'll need to lift weights. Even 5 or 8 pound hand weights should be enough to do the trick. Things like bicep curls, shoulder presses, lateral raises will help give you firm, defined arms.

this isnt much u can do...but get some 5, 8, or 10 pounds (whatever you like)then start lefting me and ill give you some more lifting ideas...

i dont kno what you should do for your arm.try startin a sport where your upper body needs to be strong.then you'll be able to tone them.if i find any effective ways of slimmin the arms i'll put a post for you

keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.
