i dont know if anyone on here wud know butttttt i ran 3 miles 2 days ago and my calf muscles are still really tightened...i stretched b4 and after...i also feel like i have shin splints...the pain has been getting worse and now my lower back hurts as a cheerleader and i know for a fact my coach will NOT let me sit out a game...i have a game today and ive been icing and taking advil non stop but nothing is helping!! wat shud i do?!?!

you need to ice it every second that you can and wrap the shin with tape like stuff it helps from making it worse and also do the treatment R.I.C.E its rest ice compression and elevation

relax and throughout the day try to stech and keep some calf raises to ease up ur caves...dont take to much wont help take at most 4
