ok so today i had basketball practice then i was on the eliptiglide for 1 hour and 15 min. (its like a treadmill) well so i went 4 miles and burned 420 calories. but i came up staires and ate a cookie cause i had a craving im so mad at myself...if u wanna be my buddy and help me get through this weight lost and ill help u, email me at strawberryhug89@yahoo.com

keep a spiral and write down what you ate and how many calories and at the end of the day add it up and if its at your goal then you already have a start.
Try this and hopefully it works for you like its working for me!

Hey there!!!! i would'nt worry much bout that cookie! you probably burnt off more calories in b-ball,than that cookie has.Anyway if you feel bad bout it try to burn it off. you dont have 2 do exercise or anything like that.you could jus go out for a walk with your friends.~Amal~
