Hey Everyonem, I have a delema and i could use some help. I am 14 about 5 foot 4 and lift weights regularly about everyother day. So i don't konw if that has an effect or not but i mean i don't have an overly large gut and i am about 167 pounds but for a guy as dumb as this sounds i do store a little more fat in the breast area, what can anyone say about this. if anyone could I'D APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH! you should continue lifting weights. You should also go to the gym. If you can't go to the gym, go to healthtrax(if there is one near you) Stop eating unhealthy food(such as chips, doughnuts, and candy. You could have candy once in a while though. Make sure you get enough sleep and do some arobics. Also, you should buy some workout tapes. Good luck *jenna*
