Hi, I'm 5' 7" and weight about 190. It kind of runs in the family, my mom and grandma (her mom) are both overweight and i don't want to end up like them. My mom tells me alot that i should go an exercise. So i found this place to help me do that and i got in trouble and she took it away. So what im asking is if anyone has any ideas on how to loss about 65 pounds in one year at home please e-mail me at thanks

first off idk your build but most likly you do not need to lose 65 lbs...i am a pretty muscular build 5'7" and i need to be 140-150 to look healthy i have pix from when i was 133-139ish and you can see my bones in my chest which wasnt healtyh i wasnt anerexic at all i still ate enough food but i looked to little because now ive gotten involved in crosscountry and swimming and i need to eat need to set a goal and learn to stick with it you may say you wanna get to 125 but sometimes your body cant be it work to get to 165 tht will take like 3 months if you can get ivolved excersize and if you eat right i think losing weight is the hardest thing but i lost 33 lbs last year..and once you gain control 90% of tymes you gain full control
