I am trying to lose about 25 pounds. At 5'3, I weigh 160 pounds. I want to weight about 135 and feel healthier. I am tired of yo-yo dieting and starting to exercise then stopping. What do I do? Where do I start. The only way that I have lost weight is to eat nothing and even then I had to exercise like crazy to get to 145 only to gain the weight back again. Can any one give me a tip on where to start?

hiya.
I know how ye feel, its real hard to lose weight.Diets never seem to work and even if they do,its hard to stick to them.
Im no expert when it comes to weight loss, but my advice to you is try and become more active.
Take up a new sport, its a good way of socialisin and is a good start to a healthier lifestyle.
After you become more active you can begin to change your eatin habits, but if you stay active you wont need to reduce your intake that much.
Hope that helps ya
Peace
