I was jus wonderin if any1 cud suggest some good advice on how to lose weight. its kinda hard for me 2 lose weight cos im quite muscular for a girl.I dont think i actually look fat.i really want to lose weight in the winter break so i can come back to school more confident.i am 5.5 ft and weigh 145 pounds.
could anyone give me advice on a suitable target weight for the end of the winter break? i would also appreciate any advice you guyz can give me.

First of all.. dont indulge in all that xmas treat junk food!! have maybe some pretzels ( WITHOUT the fudge) ... low fat frozen yogurt, merreinge cookies, jello, fat free cool whip, etc, but just not cookies and all that!! i'm sorry, i mean i know you can have " one " i fyou want.. but if you do you're just going to wan tmore and more.. so lay off of that! And then maybe go shopping or something out at the mall for a few hours and get some walking in!!! Excersize more over break than usuall... and picture in 2 weeks that you have started off your weight loss with 5 lbs even or so.. and then keep goin! By spring break you could be down almost 20! Good luck!!!
