does anyone know a diet plan or exercizes i can stick to and loose about 20-30 pounds just wondereing

there is definety somthing you can do you can do sit-ups every night start with 10-15 sit-ups every night 3 to 4 days a week then do about 20-25 and continue to do more sit ups every night it really flatens your stomach!! I lost 44 pounds in 3 weeks by doing 30 sit ups every night you can too!!!:)
