hi, i was wondering if you guys can gove me some advice i am 190 and i am 5"6-7ish and i was wondering if i would lose weight by going to the gym and running for 20 minutes weights just for tone, cardio and some swimming will i be able to lose weight?? this is with a healthy diet of course and if any1 wants to help me with my weight loss reply or just reply for some adviceASAP IF POSSIBLETHANKX

one question are you taking everything that is fattening or everything that you like out of your diet because if so you might binge and get really discouraged just take it slowly i know easier said than done but good luck!
