How are you all? I have 10 pounds to go tell I get to my weight loss goal of 150 pounds. I am 160 lbs and 5ft 8 inches and I havn't weighed this much since I was 5ft 3 inches and I was in the 6 th grade . Just wondering if it is possiable to loss the 10 lbs by mid january and if so what weight loss method do you think I should try.

Definetly what you need to do is every morning write down EVERTHING you are going to eat and drink that day and stick with it and pack you lunch because it's healtier than eating school lunch.do 30 sit-ups a night 10 pounds is really not a lot of weight to loos so I know you can do it only if you stick with THIS plan

bump up the cardio and veggies. tone down the salt. and yes, you can do it by mid-january- just work hard@!
