Hey i need some advice. I know from sooooo many ppl that you should never go under 1200cl a day. BUT sometimes im just not hungry. I swear im not anorexic, when im hungry i eat. But sometimes im just not. Like today i had two cups of yogurt with cherries, some potato soup, some bread and thats all, i swear that as i sit here ans type this (its night where i am) i am not hungry. And this happens pretty often for me. Is it a big problem? should i be worried? It is one of the reasons im not loosing weight? please help!

if it's only sometimes then that's okay- it won't change your metabolism unless you make it a continuous habit...

i dont think im helping that much but... try eating foods that fill you up less? lol

i know what your going through sometimes im not hungry at all. and sometimes im starvig. i just try to count my cals to keep up and if i dont have enough cals i'll eat some thing thats healthy with lots of cals like a fruit smoothy or a teaspoon of peanut butter. hang in there you'll eat more later my noneating things last about 1-3 days then i'll eat normal just get enough cals and if it gets so bad that your sick because of not eatign ak for help other wise you'll be fine
