hey yall. i am 14 at 5'6 and 226 lbs. im depressed cuz my gut hangs over my pant line by 3 inches or more. i wear a size 50 pants(18 sizes bigger than my dad) and those r too tight on me.my waist is like 52 inches round and i have no muscle(that u can see ne wayz)and im 70 pounds heavier than my dad.i have to wear elastic pants, overalls, suspenders, or jeans(with out the belt cuz i cant find one in my size, even at the big and tall store)and my bmi is 36.23!!!!!!!!! im pretty popular at skool ciz im so nice but i want to b pop. 4 other reasons too like my looks. I want to get down too about 143 pounds. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! i eat a balanced diet and i exercise 45 min a day but i dont lose weight. Its also hard 4 me 2 run and stuff cuz i have a bad case of asthma. please respond ASAP! thanks.

HEY, DO YOU EVER ASK YOUR MOM IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR BODY, YOU WORK OUT EVERYDAY RIGHT, AND EAT HEALTHY, IM SURE YOU WOULD OF LOST WEIGHT ALREADY, JUST KEEP ON TRYIN FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR SO, AND IF THAT DOESNT WORK THEN MAYBE AS K YOUR DOCTOR, SORRY IM NOT THAT BIG OF HELP!!!

first you need to concentrate on healthy eating habits. like more water- less sugar and junk. eat more fruits and veggies and less calories(say around 1500 or so). you need to eat less sodium(replacing already made snacks with fruits and veggies and eating less processed foods will help with that). eat more lean protein. then, after a couple of weeks of good eating start adding in some exersize(even if it's a very little amount if that's all you can handle because after a while you'll build up endurance)everyone needs exersize to be healthy even if you hate it. changing your life in this healthier way may even help your asthma- i know one of my friends changed her lifestyle so now the only problems she has is around excessive dust or smoke. she can run now too! well- good luck!
