follow this plan, while keeping your total caloire range at 1200-1400 per day::Breakfast-
1-2 oz protein
2-3 grains
1-2 others (sugar, fats..ect)
1 fruit
1 juice or milk
Lunch-
2-3 oz protein
2-3 grains
1-2 others
1 fruit or dessert
1-2 vegs
Dinner-
2-3 oz protein
