I don't know what to do! I've been eating so much better, drinking only water, and doing a solid workout every night before I go to bed, yet I haven't lost more than .5 lbs! It's making me depressed. Please give me some more tips!~Kara

it might be your metabolism slowed. try eating normally(2000 cal a day) and working out moderatly for 3 days, and then getting back to your diet. it might help.

Hey Kara It's chels. Hey...5 lbs is great! You are supposed to lose it slowly..That's the way I've done it. I went from 147 to 122. My final goal is 110-115 pounds...you gotta have a range because weight fluxuates..lol I don't think I spelled that right..oh well...but you are doing good. I believe in you. I'm well on my way and you can get there too. so can everyone...good luck!!!! I'm here...gimme a call...or email me.

you say youve ONLY lost 5lbs, but how long have you been doing your plan? Cuz healthy weight loss is only (sadly, i know... ) like 1 or 2 lbs a week!! so it sounds like you are doing good!! keep up the good work!

hey kara. i noticed u worked out before bed? maybe you could try exercising right as soon as you wake up because it gets your metabolism started and you burn more calories for hours after a good workout. no need to waste that sleeping ;) good luck!
