Hi i am Jessica and I am 14 years of age and I weigh 150lbs and that is not good at all it may be good to some people these days but when you are at a school when judging people from the moment they see you that is all they think about is how skinny you are how fat you are or how pretty you are and so on!! I was hoping that any body has any tips to loose at least 30 lbs!! If you do please leave a response and thank you for listening and/or helping me!! BYE

Well, first of all, you have to change your eating habits. What I mean is that you have to cut out all of the bad stuff that you eat (ex: potato chips and soda). Next, you should make a workout plan (ex: like running for 30 min or dancing to your favorite music). Try to cut bad foods out of your diet each and every day. Hope I helped. *jenna*
