I found this diet online The Mayo Clinic DietYou do it for 12 days and then stop for 2 days and eat sensibly and then do it again and keep doing it untill you lost all the weight that you wanted. So here it is: For breakfast you have 1/2 grapefruit, 2 eggs cooked any style, 2 slices of bacon, and tea. For lunch you have 1/2 grapefruit, salad with REAL dressing (not low fat or reduced calorie), fresh veggies, unlimited meat. For dinner you have 1/2 grapefruit, unlimited meat, salad with real dressing, fresh veggies and tea. And before bedtime you can have either a glass of tomato juice or skim milk. How does this diet sound? I wanna go on it after the Cabbage Soup diet. So I will be on the Cabbage Soup diet for a week and then this for 12 days. I just dont' want to put any weight on during winter break and it's so long. My winter break is exactly 19 days! Plus, on the Mayo clinic diet I can actually get through the holidays without feeling deprived. WHAT DO YOU THINK??????? By the way, I'm 5'5 and 145lbs. I want to loose 15 lbs during the break. I know it's a lot, but about half of it is water weight!!!!! Thanks

it really sounds like u will gain weight with that diet. try weight watchers u can loose 15 lbs like that but the fad diets like that are not good. plus ur only wanting to loose 15 ...dont worry bout the holidays there not that extreme if u just think before u put something in ur mouth..good luck but that mayo diet sounds really bad...u can try cabbage soup but i dunno do u get enough cals with that? .goodluck again
