I feel so guilty today :( i am so depressed now. it was going good for breakfast i had special K cereal with a 1/2 cup of skim milk and with water, then for snack i had grapes and then lunch i had a salad with fat free dressing with an apple and then i felt guilty because i had my friends pudding and then in foods i had some chocolate chips. could this really effect my weight loss. please help..thanks

i dont think so just dont rurrry we all get the gult its hurrible i just ate my dinner and now im avin my tea dat aint ganna elp me iz it.

that is not a big deal at all...i think u did fine ...pudding is not a big deal ususally its actually low fat b/c its made with skim milk so dont worry bout that..the choc chips are not a big deal either..dont make a habit of eating htem but as a treat its not going to effect u ...dont worry at all dont feel guilty .ur fine

there is no reason to feel guilty in any way just go right back on you diet and act like nothing happened and I hope that you get better on that cituation!! BYE
