im realy fat like obese i weigh 210 more than my dad my dad weighs 170 how sad is that HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!???

Hay sweety, i think that if you just took control of the amount of food that you eat. insted of eating a huge plate at dinner time just eat a little saucerfull. I have faith in you and i think you could do it just stick to it =) good luck =)

okay- you need to start taking control of your eating. now- i'm not saying restrict your calories right off because what you need to do is just set a few healthier ground rules. one) only a little bit of junk a day(half a candy bar at the end of the day or so on) two)more fruits and veggies: try to eat them raw and try to eat them rather than eating something like chips for snacks, this will reduse calories and increase fiber. three)get enough protien(60grams) so that you won't loose too much muscle mass while losing weight. four)drink 8 cups of water a day- this will help flush out toxins and just make your body feel better and work better. five) eat less sodium- try to satay between 2000-3000mg a day- this will get rid of a lot of excess baggage. also, just try to stay a little bit more active...
