hey!im 5'3'' 135 i run a quarter mile 5x a week & thats about it & i eat cheerios w/a banna 4 breakfast & either an icecreame or burrito 4 lunch a sandwhich after skool & then a semi healthy dinner !iz that really bad/?wat do i need 2 change so i can lose 5-10 pnds???Pleazzzz help me !THANK - U !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well...1/4 mile isnt really enough excersice, you should really do like 1 mile..depends on howm uch you walk or jog at night. you need to get your heart rate up. and well..a burrito isnt that bad i guess..but it might be better to have something like a sandwich, and hmm..ice cream for lunch..not very balanced. and SEMI healthy dinner..what does that mean? maybe your snack after school should be like fruit or a granola bar instead of all those carbs in a sandwich, as a snack. i dono! good luck1

you nmeed to change your diet a little. that's not the most balanced diet i've ever seen. try putting in more veggetable and watch out with the sodium in those burritos!
