I must say that working out is a pain in my butt. I started working out for 15 minutes at at time 2-4 times a day. I have been doing this for five days now. I drink about two to three glasses of water a day and only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I am eating healthy foods mostly but I'm so impatient. How long should I continue this before I give up and make myself a sundae? How long should it take to see results? I'm thinking about a month? I am barely 5'4 and about 145 lbs.

hey, i have faith in you, you can beat em cravings!!! Don't give up!!!
jus think bout good stuff which will motivate you, and help you go on. like how great you'll feel when you've reached your goal,or the confidence you'll have.
Anyway ur not that much overweight.
its harder to lose weight when your not that much overweight.
a couple of tips
you need to exercise for longer periods of time(at least 20-25 mins)
try something which will tone your longer muscles like pilates.my mum started pilates and she saw the difference in bout 1 month.but cos your way younger than my ma you'll lose it faster if you do it on a regular basis.
good luck
and peace!!!!

Just a tip - you have to workout for atleast 20-25 minutes to reach the fatty acid oxidation system. In this system, your body uses your fat as engery. Therefore, you lose weight. By working out for 15 minutes you're JUST reaching this system but you need to actually work within the system for atleast 10 minutes to get results. The system you are working in is your aerobic glycolysis system. There are benefits to working in this sytem. You do burn some carbs by working in it. However, for just an extra 10 minutes, you can burn fat. You'll see more results quicker.
