Hey guys, Well... Im just starting this.. again.. but this is the last attempt its going to work. I have no choice. I dont weigh as much as some of yinz, but enough to make me feel bad about myself. im 5 7' and i weigh 182 ish? I exercise every day (except sundays) by swimming. Well that is until probably march?oh well.. um. i dont think the meals im eating now are too big but i dont understand where im going wrong. i just cant seem to lose weight!!!! HELP!

hey, im in the same kinda position as you.
im quite a sporty girl but i feel as though im kinda overweight.i do a lot of sports like basketball, football and kickboxin. i also have physical education three times a week because i took the subject for one of my exam subjects.im 5ft 5in and weigh 150 lbs,but i feel as though i need to lose a lot of weight,but my ma says i don't need to cos im quite muscular. Antway my advice to you is to start a new sport withone of your friends, that way it'll be more fun. i recommend your start kickboxin, it great fun. you don't have to be serious bout it or anything like that.jus go to enjoy yourself.
