Hey guys I weigh 395lbs. I've been overweight sence like birth, when I was born I probable came out with a tub of lard, I just recentlty found this site and this is my first post I want to weigh around 110-ish so that means I have to loose 285lbs. yes I relize its alot, but I am dedicated I just was wondering is one of you guys/girls could just help me get on the right foot to start, if you could I would greatly appericate it. If you don't mind me asking is it hard to get up and move about such as walk and bend down? Also, were is most of the fat? (i.e. belly, bottom, hips, legs?) Also, what size is your waist? (in inches), I'll tell you mine-34''. Also, just to let you feel a bit more confident there are lots of men who are more attracted larger girls/women and there are 100's of sites that cater to this such as www.bigcuties.com (NOTE: This is an adult site but does not show any private parts -ie. vaginas, penis's, breasts. Also, many women actually try to gain weight, just google feedee or feeder or bbw or ssbbw.

hi i am 210 and i want to be either 115 or 130 but i feel so left out because my skinner friends get all the guys and im just FAT and it make me hoorible maybe we can loose this weight toghther

jennifer- 130 at 5'10.5" tall is waaaaaay too small. try something like 150.

HEY WHATS UP BUDDY, WELL FIRST OF ALL YOU SHOULD SET REALISTIC GOALS FOR YOURSELF, 110LB IS KINDA EXTREME SPECIALLY IF YOUR LOOSING CLOSE TO 300LB. I THINK YOU SHOULD PROBABLY START WITH A GOAL OF 250LB. WELL I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR EATING HABBITS, YOU SOULDN'T FEEL DOWN WITH YOUR WEIGHT, THE MORE YOU EAT THE WIDER YOUR STOMACH LINING GETS, SO IF YOU EAT HEALTHY AND IN PROPER PROPORTIONS YOU MAY ACOMPLISH YOUR GOAL. AND OFCOURSE NOTHING IS EASY BUT WORKING OUT AT LEAST 3X A DAY IS A GOOD START. GOOD LUCK BUDDY ITS A LONG ROAD BUT YOU GATTA GET ON THE BALL<><>ESPI
