i just done 5 mins of steping up and down on a stair. ouch! im sweating like a pig! my heart is like pounding... (any1 who thinks 5 mins of stepping aint hard try it!) anywayz laterz!!!!

yeah i like it cos u dont have to do it long to see results. even 5 mins a day shows results. i find it easier wen i do it it for like a few days. i find i dnt get worn out so easy. must stick to it this time. i just wana lose 40 lbs and il be happy. i need to lose like a 100 but hey. anywayz if u have ne tips leave them :-)

I LOVE step. It's one of my favourite forms of aerobics.I teach 45 minute step classes once a week and hour long level 2 & 3 step classes every other day. I can see how you might think it's hard. Step is personally my favourite though. You should try doing real step classes if it's your thing. They're so much more fun because you get to do all these fun fancy moves on it. It does take co-ordination though. You get better at it with time too...now, those hour long classes are simple and you can go forever. I think the longest step class I participated in was about 2 and a half hours long & it was for a workshop. But it was the most fun I had in a long time!!
