I really want to lose weight and I weigh 145. Today I bought a pilates dvd. I really wanna lose 15 pounds as fast as humanly possible. But healthy . On the back of the pilates box it says to do it three times a week. If I do it six times a week will that make me lose weight faster? I also dont want to build muscle

If you don't want to build muscle then you shouldn't do pilates because the main focus of pilates is to build muscle. You'll end up looking skinner, but probably not weighing too much less. *Ray*Ray*
