Hello everybody this is my first time in this website so im a liitle bit shy about telling my problem. I am really over weight,i weight 260 and i need your advice on how to stick with a diet i tried so many times but i always failed.I have very low confidence in myself please somebody HELP!!!

If you really wanna lose weight try weight watchers. I've tried so many different diets and none of them worked. But this one does. I've lost 11 lbs in 6 weeks. It would of been more but I went off it for a week and then the week after that I didn't really stick to it but I still lost 5 lbs that week. It doesn't even feel like you're dieting. You can still eat whatever you want. You should seriously try this. It really works. Good Luck!!

hey just dont eat so much dairy or meat and do daily excersises. drink 6-10 cups of water.non other.

Start small give things up a little at a time then once your off all the junk food and fatning foods you'll be so used to the non fatning food that the fatning foods will not taste right I used to eat at dq every friday now i eat at home almost every day of the month I still reward myself for doing good but ive come to like steamed and baked food better
