if i ran on a treadmill for ten minutes a day did 100 pushups 150 situps and only ate 1000 calories a day do you think i could loose 20 pounds by the end of january.also i herd that situps could make muscle under your fat and just make your stomach look bigger. does any1 know if thats true

I used to a TON of situps and I noticed muscles but NOOOO change in weight or fat. I still do sit ups just not as many b.c I'm not any skinnier. Keep it up anyway tho. U never know, maybe we're differnt from eachother! GOOD LUCK!!!

first of all, 1000 calories is way too low, ecspecially with all of that exercsing.... start maybe at 1500--- you will still lose weight, and you don't need to do that many sit ups and crunches and stuff, start with about 50 a day.if you start like this you will ware yourself out..
