I finally got back on after 2 months. My computer wont let me get on. I now weigh 259. I hope to reach my monthly goal of 254 by next month.

im 14..15 in february and i think i am soo fat and disguisting..i cant even say one thing good about how i look. i am only 14 and i weigh 165 lbs and i am almost 5 ft. 8 in. (well i might be..its been a year since ive been to the doctor)i have benn trying counting calories and today i'd say i had about maybe 1200 calories..but i did really good at the movies..no popcorn and all i had was water..i do fine at home because my brother is diabetic type one and ive gotten used to diet drinks..but i cant stand diet coke..so unfortunatly most places only have diet coke as a diet drink..so i have to go with water. at home i drink iced tea and coke zero(which i love!) i hope to be a success with my so called diet (i dont like to call it that because it is really a lifelong commitment)plz write back! i need someone whos like me that understands what i am going through

actually by the next month you could probably weight 249.only ting you got to do is eat regular breakfast.less lunch alot of snax like carrots healthy stuff and eat less dinner. drinkn up 6-10 cups of water anf excersuse daily like 3 times a week.
