well i dunno if u maybe combine that with some salad durring the day have some like oatmeal or wat ever durring hte morning ....u can substain on a diet that has no meat and is consistant with veg and whole grains. i find it kinda hard to eat as many cal's as they reccomend...try to get around 1000-1200 cal's ...other then that....good luck with it ...but u should maybe at some like oatmeal or oats to your diet, the yogurt with that little veg may upset your stomach. You can eat as many veg as you want but u can not eat the dip or yogurt in surplus just make sure you add it all up! and goodluck

Well it would be mostly water weight and muscle. Without an adequate ammount of food, your body begins to eat itself--not good! You need a good 1450-1700 calories per day to lose weight. With exercise, of course! On days that you exercise alot, you should eat more.
And you need more of a variety of foods to be healthy and to prevent binging--you're going to get really sick of those foods sooner or later, and you'll end up binging--it happens to the best of us.
So change your plan so you get enough fat, protein, carbs etc. And calories.
Without protein, you lose muscle. Just don't overload on the whole high-protein thing, since it's not good for your kidneys. Just eat normal foods and you should get enough in.
Without enough fat, your organs are not protected as much as they could be, your skin will become dry, your hair will lose it's luster, and you'll get brittle nails. See, fat isn't bad, it's actually good for you! Just stay away from saturated fat, you should have no more than 20 grams of that kind per day. But overall, you should have around 50-65 grams of fat per day.
Without carbs, your energy will drop. It gives you energy, and that's why low carb diets are bad!
Too much or too little of anything is bad--you have to find a healthy balance.

That's not healthy at all! You have to have a more balanced diet. *Ray*Ray*
