HEY everyone its Matt again and i want some suggestions on how to lose more weight i want to get down to 165-160 im 170 and i want some suggestions THANKS GUYS AND GURLS.

Muscle burns fat, build some muscle by doing push-ups and crunches, and maybe lift weights. You dont have that much to lose maybe eat just 200 less calories than you normally do, and some exercise.

you ever heard of tae bo? well it was a fad workout for sometime and it got a lot of people down to their target weight. its fun, easy and you can do it at home if you like. just go to a store and look for billy blank's tae bo series. i do it everynight and i went from 118 down to about 105 in a week and a half. u got to do it everynight though.
