I am planning on loosing 15 lbs from 165lbs to 150 lbs. I am 15 yrs old 5ft 8 inches and 165lbs. I plan on running and walking to lose my weight. But I want to know if my eating habits for my weight loss is ok. I plan on eating toast or eggs or whole grain cereal for breakfest with a glass of juice. For lunch I plan on eating less of my favorite foods. For example for lunch I will have pizza and water or milk instead of what i usually eat such as pizza,chips,soda,candy,ect... And for dinner smaller portions of what my mom cooks. If you have a suggestion please respond.

One suggestion: add weight training. Muscle weighs more than fat but it also burns more calories than fat.

its a good start! you are being reaslitic by still having pizza with a healthier drink instead of trying to completely change your eating habits all at once! it sounds good, you wioll definately notice you feel better but once you get used to that try having a healthy sandwich or salad for lunch ! good luck!
