Heylo everyone! Oh my goodness guess what! I just found out that this guy that I'm crazy bout is coming down to see me after New Years! He moved away. I've liked him basically ever since I met him and he likes me too but I wanna shock the hell outta him when he sees me. I know you should neva try to lose wieght for anyone but urself~I give that advice all the time!~ But I want him to give him everything he deserves and thats better then what I am right now. So I've decided that tomorrow I'm gonna start again but this time I have some awesome motivation behind me! Well newayz if neone cares I'm 5'8" and bout 180 lbs. I have a pretty flat tummy but all my fat goes to my thighs and my booty. Does neone have any tips to help get rid of that? Sounds awesome!! Same goes with me my stomach isn't really big but my but and legs are. A great way is to just run and run and run!! Running is so great. Every day or every other day whichever you perfur run for 20 min. After that lay on the floor while your watching tv or something and do leg lifts for 10 min. Eat/drink three dairies a day or you can just have 3 glasses a milk a day. and try drinking 8 glasses a water a day, if thats too hard try 5!! Do this everyday and good luck with the fella!!
