i've been on the 1200/ day balanced diet, excersizing at least 45 minutes 5 times a week at the gym (cardio 30 and liftig 15-20) .. but like, i haven't lost anything really for 2 months!! im on such a plateau, i can't lower my cals and i can't really excersize more.. well i could but they say you shouldn't hvae to do mor ethan that to lose weight? i dont knowwhat to do different!? Thanks so much!

My mom had the same problem, she lost like 115 pounds, but then it just like stopped, even though she still was "chubby." I guess you might be just gaining in musle. It weighs more then fat. Hope this helps ~Maria

maybe change the quality of the food you're eating? more fruits and veggies and water and less processed meat? if you can't get off a platue and you're near the end of your weight loss it could just mean your body doesn't want to lose anymore...good luck though
