I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 125 pounds, i am 149 right now, does anyone know about how long it will take to lose the weight? i run 2 miles about 5 times a week, so hopefully that will speed it up... thanks for any info that u give me.!!

hey, im about your weight too, only shorter. i have soccer practice 5 days a week and i run 2 miles everyday like you. Before i even went on a diet i lost weight from running. now im on a fat free/low carb diet. ive lost 8 pounds in the past 7 days. :)

Hey thats my goal weight to and i weigh 145. I run 6 times a week around my neighborhood i used to weigh 152 and I only started running 2 weeks ago. Just watch what u eat and keep running
