Can someone please explain to me something. Everyone is like yes I lost 3 pounds or yes I lost 5 inches okay, so I know 5 inches is 5 inches but whats pounds, what the difference between them two and whats more that you loose pounds or inches? I'm so confused :-I

inches tells how much smaller you are while pounds will tell you how much lighter you are getting so if you have a goal to go from i dunno a size 18 to a size 12 then u look at inches and dont focus soally on the pounds. If you are more concerned with weight youd have a gole like going from 200pounds too 150 or wat ever. Most people say inches are wat matter Look at the inches if you are worried about how u look.
