I use to weigh 210, now I am 177. It took me about 11 months to do this, so it is a long process, and I'm only half done, but I think the end result will be great! Just eat less junk food, and stock up on healthy foods! Also, excersize at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. U should probably do more, but that is what they said in pe. Walking is always good if u are just starting off, but if u aren't and u have been excersizing, start jogging or weight lifting and do a lot of cardio. GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi,
I know hoe you feel. I weigh 210. I used to weigh 213. So I lost 3 lbs in one week. All I did was eat smaller portions. It didn't bother me too much. But it is still hard. I aiming to lose 60 lbs for now in the next two years. I have also stopped drinking any kind of soda. I now drink milk and orange juice and also water. So try it. gotta go, Bye
