Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me, I'm 5'9", wiegh 185, and am 14 years old. In the last coupl of months I've tried alot of diets, and it seemed like they were working. It looks like i'm losing wieght, my stomachs getting flatter and i'm trimming up, I've even gone done almost 2 sizes in clothes, BUT on the scale it still says I wiegh the same amount. And i thought it might have just been that certain scale I was using, so i used a different one, but thye both said the same thing.. please help!!

it doesn't matter hom much you weigh ,(you could weigh 190 pounds and still be in shape. what counts is that you loss inches. the pounds don't matter what matters is that you loss inches off your body.

Simple. You've exchanged muscle for fat. That's why the scale stays the same.
Don't go by the scale, it doesn't give an accurate picture of muscle etc.

Don't go by what the scale says, if your losing dress sizes, and you can tell a difference, that is all the matters! GOOD LUCK!!!
