Hey guys...it's been a while...i'm back...not that you'd notice...lol... but i still want to lose more weight....i lost 7 over the summer and i think i gained like 3 of those lbs back...So anyway i think i'm 143 now and i'm 5'3"...so i'd like to get down to at least 130 by December. Can anyone give me any tips on what i can do to TONE my arms, FLATTEN my stomach and TONE inner thigh jiggle too...i'd really appreciate it...thanks. and please only give me advice if you KNOW it works b/c you've tried it and saw results...THANKS again...

Try pilates i used to weigh 128 and i lost it by doing pilates and wacthing what i eat. It really tones and it only took like 3 months and I lost 13 pounds.
