hi yall...first of all i want to wish you all good luck on your weight managment and congrats to any weight comeing off! k now i would like some help. im 243 lbs and im 5'7 iv been dieting since last year but i wasnt really sticking to it but i did loose 30 lbs... but that was in the whole year. Id like some exercise tips ..i think i have control of the food thing...but the exersice is what i really need to work on. I used to have a tredmil b/c i hate running outside i just feel really self consious bout it. My brother broke the tred mill so i dont have anything like that...is there anything u can suggest i use at home that would really wokr. IM not looking for something that will help me loose fast i know that if i take it slow it will end up staying off in the long run. thats why my goal is just at hte most 40 lbs by june. My complete over all goal is 170 i know its alot but its what i want to be at. Help me Please!! and good luck all!!!!!

You could get a tibo tape they work really well and you could dance using moves that work different muscle groups. Don't be selfconsious about running because I am overweigh and have to run in front of about give or take 80 guys. Most of whom are hott. so just wear some loose clothing and ignore people it works pretty well.

for indoor exercise you could do yoga and pilaties. but if you like cardio work better you can by some aerobic tapes. i use to be real self concious about working out outside so bought the tapes. if you want some real good tapes go to beachbody.com, there a little expensive but they are so worth it. good luck!!!!
