I have been running about two miles 6 nights a weeks for a while now, and i was wondering, for those of you who have lost a good amount of weight... How has exercing helped you to lose it and become healthy? Im sure a lot of people want to know this, so please respond!!! thanks :)

It makes my abs stronger thighs look better and also gets rid of the fat everywhere

although i'm still not at my ideal weight exersize has made me more fit and i can endure a lot more while working out than when i started out. and it makes me happier about myself! oh- and that i lost 30 pounds combining exersize with a low cal. diet...
