THIS PLAN WORKS:
breakfast- cereal (preferbly wholemeal) and skimmed or semi skimmed milk.
lunch- an apple, pear and a HUGE bowl of sald (i like to put tuna without the juice in it- no mayo though)
dinner- grilled fish steak or an egg white omlette.
drinks- as much water as you want. three cans of diet coke per WEEK.
i have followed this for a week and have lost 9lbs!! how cool is that?? whhooooooo

Those kind of diets dont ever hold. Unless you plan to eat that same meal plan everyday for the rest of your life, as soon as you go back to healthy eating, the weight will come too. Ive done it, beleive me, it DOES feel great when the weight goes away that quickly, but it feels doubly worse when it all comes back. Besides which, its unhealthy, the food piramid people werent just making all that up. You really do need something from every food group to remain healthy. So take it slow and steady, cuz even though its slow, it perminate!! good luck!

I'm sorry but that is not healthy. You should only be losing 1-3 pounds a week. This plan sounds like you are eating less than 1000 cals a day when you should never go below 1200. You are just losing moslty water weight and the moment you go off your 'diet' you will gain most of it back. Your best bet is to just eat healthy and exercise. TRUST ME it works. I have been doing that for a month without depriving myself and i have lost 9 pounds too(only 15 more to go), which i won't gain right back.
