ok im determined to actually strt a diet, i usually do good until i get home and now tht the tennis season is ovr there is nuthn to do so i sit and eat and i need to stop tht. my goal is to try and loose bout 5-10 lbs by xmas does ne1 have ne suggestions to help me reach my goal?? thanx

hey i play tennis too. i am 5'2 and 130 pounds. do u think if get down to like 110 its going to aaffect my tennis? thanx

Eat lots of fruits and veggies, limit junk foods to moderations, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 20-30 minutes/day...3-6 times a week..good luck!!!
