weight 219 pounds and in the past 2 weeks i lost 3 pounds and i don't know why but i think it is because my metabolisim is starting to speed up. Hopefully it is because i am 80 pounds overweight. Also i was wondering if anyone knows a diet i can start besides eat 1500 calories a day. i found this one diet which sounds pretty good and it is for 3 days and you should lose 5-10 pounds that week but then it says don't do it more than 2 times a month. so if i were to do it hopefully i would lose 15-20 pounds a month and i would do it for 5 months to get to a 120 pounds. so somehow hopefully i lose the weight because i like this really cute guy in my junior english class. well thanks bye.

don't do that dumb diet, believe me..... it won't work at all and if by some miracle it does, the weight will NEVER stay off. 1500 calories really is the best way to do, just because it sounds hard doesn't mean u should't do it. all these get skinny quick schemes don't work. just do it naturally its not hard at all and the weight stays off. good luck!!
